Get Involved
There are lots of ways for you to get involved if you are concerned about the future of Amador County's waterways.
- Download the Upper Jackson Creek Watershed Assessment Survey
which has been designed to gather some basic data from local landowners about their parcels, their resources, and their interests.
- PHAW is always accepting donations.
If you would be willing to contribute funds to this cause for legal costs or other activities, checks can be made
payable to PHAW and mailed to P.O. Box 411, Jackson CA 95642.
- Join our email list to stay informed of latest news and meetings. Click here and press

We need your attendance and support at water
agency meetings, city council meetings for Jackson,
Sutter Creek and Plymouth,
Board of Supervisors meetings,
and court hearings (notified by our email list).
Talk about this issue. Many people do not know the potential impact of the dewatering of the Amador Canal, and the
impact of the pipeline project on water rates. Explain to them
what you know, tell them about our website, and ask them to tell their friends!
Write letters to the editor of the Amador Ledger Dispatch or to your city council or supervisor expressing your concern.
